Our beautiful husband, Dad and favourite joker, Darryl, lived life loudly, laughed often and loved deeply. He never did anything by halves. Whether he was out fishing, dancing wildly, singing out of key, or playfully ribbing his family and friends, he brought joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories wherever he went.
Dad had the biggest heart and the roughest hugs. He had a gift for making people smile, bringing everyone together, and reminding us not to take life too seriously. His infectious laugh, cheeky sense of humour, and larger-than-life personality will stay with us forever.
Although our hearts are broken, we are so grateful for the incredible memories and the love he gave so freely. We will carry him with us every time we cast a line, hear a favourite song, share a laugh, or tell one of his stories.
